Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit too small for comfort, with no space for essential items like a night table or proper lighting, but the view overlooking the river and car park was a plus. The meal at the restaurant in the evening was fantastic, offering a glimpse of the hotel’s culinary skills.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were very large and spacious, offering a gorgeous view across the river. The bed was large and comfy, making for a cozy night. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped and dated.
The hotel offers excellent service with very friendly staff and fresh breakfast. The rooms are a bit dark but still excellent, located in the attic which is standard for the price paid. The location is comfortable to relax in with modern facilities and ample parking. The dining experience is fantastic with wonderful food choices. The service excels in being helpful with various amenities.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room, accessed via a rather dirty staircase, with a worn and dirty carpet and a narrow and low corridor, remained pretty cold throughout my stay. However, the view of the river from the second-floor room made the initial struggle with luggage worth it. The design of the windows was a disaster on hot days.
The hotel's location by the river was lovely and convenient, but the room provided didn't match the booking, and there were some issues with cleanliness. The staff were helpful overall, but some noise disruptions occurred. The dining experience was beautiful, with good quality ingredients, but there were some concerns about facilities maintenance.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable, but we only discovered the tea and coffee on our departure after checking the drawers. The view from one of the superior rooms at the front was lovely, but the outdated armchairs and table were a bit disappointing. The lack of soundproofing made it hard to ignore noise from the corridor.
